The Ad Manager interface is designed to give you a clear, streamlined view of your advertising campaigns. You can easily navigate through your campaign hierarchy or dive into ad-level details, all within a single screen. 

It provides full visibility across multiple marketplaces, helping you track performance without switching tabs. With account-wide insights at your fingertips, you can make faster, more informed decisions, and the platform is built to scale as your catalog and ad strategy grow.

Stores

Stores are sorted alphabetically and grouped by region in the following order: US, CA, MX, DE, ES, FR, IT, UK, JP. 

☛ Note: You can change the default store by navagating to “Account > Profile > Default Store“.

Ad Type 

Ad Type defaults to SP, with dropdown options presented based on which ad types (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) are available in your ad account. For example, you can select Sponsored Products or Sponsored Display to filter and view specific ad types.   

Date 

The Date Range defaults to Last 30 days but you can choose 7, 14, 30, 60, 90 days, or customize the date range. Custom date range selection is available for up to 1–2 years, depending on your subscription; older dates are unavailable:

  • $99 Plan: Data from the past 12 months is stored. You can select and analyze data within this one-year range.
  • $499 Plan: Data from the past 24 months is stored, allowing you to access and work with a full two years of historical data.

Ad Levels Table 

The options in the Ad Level Table vary depending on the Ad Type (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, or Sponsored Display). For example, the table shown below is for Sponsored Products.

The table follows the same hierarchy as the Amazon Ads Console but displays all ad levels in a single view. This flat structure lets you see everything at once without having to click through each level individually.

Search by Filter 

Search by goal, campaign, ASIN or SKU. 

☛ Note: The dropdown options vary depending on the ad level being viewed.  

Ad Status Dropdown

This dropdown options differs based on ad levels. For example, if you are on the Campaigns level, you can choose: All Status, Campaign Paused / Enabled / Archived. 

Filters Button

Use metrics and operators to define certain values and narrow down the data being displayed.   

Columns Menu

Tick the columns to display or hide certain metrics on the table. You can also drag the icon on the right to reorder the columns. 

Download Option 

Download the filtered results in .csv format. 

Chart Feature 

Display charts based on the table data. Default charts are Ad Spend, Ad Sales, Ad Orders, ACOS. You may change the metrics as needed.
