Quantity

- Reserved = Customer Order + FC transfer + FC Processing
- Unfulfillable = Unfulfillable
- Total = Available + Inbound + Reserved + Unfulfillable
The data showing product quantity may take up to 72 hours to update. The system will update the data of the FBA listings every 2 hours and FBM listings every 2-4 hours.
When the quantity is displayed as “-,” there are two possible causes.
1. The Listing report has not been imported into BQool’s system yet.
2. When there is a data discrepancy between two listing reports received from Amazon, one possible cause could be the presence of abnormal symbols in the SKU names. These symbols can lead to SKU recognition failure, causing HTML code to appear in the listing report and preventing BQool from correctly updating the quantity data.
For more details on this issue, please refer to the support article: Listing of Symbol Entities that will cause SKU updating issue.
