Included in Campaign Manager are the following additional scheduling features:
- Send email “as soon as possible” – For FBA and FBM Orders
- Day Selection
A. As soon as possible” email delivery
In Campaign Manager, click either “Add Campaign” or “Edit” an existing one. At the last configuration screen, “Schedule,” locate the “Fulfilled By Amazon (FBA) Orders” and “Fulfilled By Merchant (FBM) Orders” section.
Within the newly designed dropbox, users may send the email “as soon as possible*,” or if they prefer, after a selected time.
*As soon as possible: The pending emails will be in the sending queue, waiting to be sent to the buyers. Some emails may be scheduled to send the following day due to Amazon server throttling processes.
B. Day selection
In Campaign Manager, click either “Add Campaign” or “Edit” an existing one. At the last configuration screen, “Schedule”, scroll to the bottom and click on the boxes to choose which day of the week to permit the email requests.
