Why Are Some Campaigns Unavailable to Select in a Budgeting Group?

A campaign will be unavailable if it is already included in another Budgeting Group. Each campaign can belong to only one Budgeting Group at a time.

If a campaign is already assigned to a group, it's greyed out with Auto-Budgeting label and cannot be selected.

How Do I Know If Budget Manager Is Working?

You can monitor Budget Manager activity in Ad History > Budgeting History Table. This table shows system-driven daily budget adjustments applied to each campaign.

Why Is the Daily Budget Still Changing When My Budget Manager Is Disabled?

The Daily Budget shown in BQool is synced directly from the Amazon Advertising Console.

If an Amazon Budget Rule is active, it can override budget settings and automatically update the Daily Budget, even if Budget Manager is disabled in BQool.

How Can I Prevent Amazon From Overriding My Daily Budget?

Pause the Budget Rule in your Amazon Advertising Console. Once the rule is disabled, Amazon will no longer override the Daily Budget in BQool.

Why Is My Total Daily Spend or Daily Budget Higher Than the Amount I Set?

Amazon Advertising may allow actual spend to exceed the Daily Budget due to its delivery algorithm, which aims to maximize impressions and conversions.

Amazon permits over-delivery as long as the monthly average spend stays within its guidelines. As a result, daily spend may temporarily exceed your set limit.

BQool Ad Manager displays the actual spend reported by Amazon, so any over-delivery from Amazon will be reflected in BQool as well.
