How to Customize Dashboards

The Dashboard & Reporting feature provides a centralized view of your advertising performance. You can customize the date range, select specific metrics, and filter by stores, campaigns, or ASINs to focus on the data that matters most to your business.


Dashboard Filters 

Use the filters at the top of the Dashboard to control what data is displayed.

Stores

  • Stores are listed in alphabetical order.
  • You can select multiple stores at once.

Ad Type

  • Defaults to All.
  • Dropdown options are based on the ad types currently active in Ad Manager (Sponsored Products or Sponsored Display).

Currency

  • Defaults to USD.
  • Click Rate to view the exchange rate table.

Date Range

  • Defaults to Last 30 days.
  • You can select 7, 14, 30, 60, or 90 days, or set a custom date range.

Custom date range availability depends on your subscription plan:

  • $99 Plan: Access data from the past 12 months.
  • $499 Plan: Access data from the past 24 months.

Dates outside your plan’s data retention period are unavailable.


Custom Filters

  • Click Custom Filters to search for specific campaigns or ASINs.
  • You can save the filters as favorite filters for future use before clicking Apply.

☛ Up to 50 campaigns or ASINs can be added to a single filter.


Favorite Filter

1. Enter a filter name and click ✔ to save it.

☛ Up to 10 favorite filters can be saved. 

2. Once saved, Favorite Filter Saved will appear.

 3. Saved filters are listed under Favorite Filters for quick access.


Preview Report

The Preview Report feature is available for plans starting at $299 or higher.

If you are not on a qualifying plan, an alert will prompt you to upgrade when you click Preview Report.


Dashboard Sections

The Dashboard is divided into three main sections, each designed to provide different insights:

1. Performance Overview: A high-level snapshot of key metrics.
2. Performance Over Time: Trend analysis across your selected date range.
3. Top & Bottom Performing Sections: Identification of best and worst campaigns, ad groups, or product ads.

Each section is fully customizable with additional metrics, charts, or columns.

Performance Overview

Shows a snapshot of key metrics so you can quickly gauge overall campaign performance. Click the + icon to add more metrics. 

Provides a quick snapshot of key performance metrics so you can easily assess overall results.

  • Click the + icon to add more metrics. 
  • Up to 20 metrics can be added.  

Performance Over Time

Displays performance trends over your selected date range, helping you identify patterns and changes over time.

  • Up to 4 charts can be displayed. 

  • Click the + icon to add a new chart. 
  • Click the pencil icon to edit chart metrics. 

Top or Bottom Performing Sections

Highlight your best and worst campaigns, ad groups, product ads, targeting, search terms, or goals for quick insights. 

  • Click the pencil icon to adjust the data displayed. 
  • Choose to view top/bottom 5 or top/bottom 10. 
  • Click +Add Report to add a new report. 
  • Up to 10 reports can be added per section. 
  • Click "Columns" to customize which columns are shown or to reorder the columns. 
  • Up to 9 columns can be selected.
