Add a Budgeting Group

1. Go to Budget Manager > Add Budgeting Group.

2. Enter a Budgeting Group Name, select the applicable Store and set a Total Daily Budget for all campaigns in this budgeting group.

3. Search for campaigns to add by campaign name, ASIN, or SKU then select the campaigns you want to include by checking the boxes. Click Save to proceed.

You can add up to 50 campaigns to a Budgeting Group. However, very large groups may reduce pacing efficiency, so we recommend managing groups of a reasonable size.

☛ All campaigns in a Budget Group must belong to the same store and marketplace. Campaigns from different marketplaces must be managed in separate groups.

Amazon’s budget rules may conflict with BQool’s automated budget pacing and allocation logic. To ensure Budget Manager functions correctly, only one system should control your budgets.

If an alert appears while creating a new Budgeting Group, click Confirm to automatically pause Amazon’s:

  • Campaign Budget Rules
  • Portfolio Budget Caps
  • Portfolio Budget Sharing

This allows BQool Budget Manager to take full control of budget allocation.

☛ You must click Confirm to successfully create the Budgeting Group in BQool.

4. Successfully created Budgeting Groups will appear in the Budgeting Group table within Budget Manager.

Edit a Budgeting Group

1. In the Budgeting Group table, click Actions > Edit Budgeting Group.

2. Make the necessary changes, then click Save to apply the updates.

Delete a Budgeting Group

1. In the Budgeting Group table, click Actions > Delete Budgeting Group.

2. Deleting a Budgeting Group stops daily budget updates. Click Apply to confirm the deletion.
