Why am I disconnected from Amazon?

Amazon may sometimes disconnect your account from BQool due to SP-API or Advertising API credential issues. When this happens, BQool can’t access sales or ad data, and some automations may pause. You’ll receive an email notification from BQool, guiding you to the Account Connections screen to reconnect.

☛ Note: Ad data may take a few hours to download before campaigns resume.
