Enable the Boxem Integration feature in BQool and Boxem

Step 1: Go to ”Settings > General” to turn on the Boxem Integration and click on the “How to integrate?” button for detailed instruction.

Step 2: Choose the Cost type(Highest Cost/Lowest Cost/Average Cost/Current Cost)

Step 3: Go to "Boxem > Settings > Integrations > BQool" to turn on BQool Integration.

Note:

☛ You must enable the integration settings in both your BQool and Boxem accounts. If you activate the feature in BQool but not in Boxem, BQool will be unable to retrieve any cost data from Boxem.

☛ Since Boxem only supports the US marketplace, Boxem integration is currently limited to the US marketplace only.

☛ Users cannot enable both InventoryLab and Boxem integrations simultaneously. Please disable the InventoryLab integration before enabling Boxem Integration.

Cost Type Preference

You can select Current Cost, Average Cost, Highest Cost or Lowest Cost as the Cost that you would like BQool to apply:

Synchronization Interval

The synchronization interval between BQool and Boxem is one hour. This means that whether it's the initial synchronization or a change to the Cost Type in BQool, a new sync process will be triggered. During this time, the system will display a “Wait to Synchronize” message.

Once the hour has passed and the Cost has been updated, a “Status Success” message will appear, confirming that the synchronization has been completed successfully.

Bulk Action Feature: Reload Cost from Boxem

This is the fastest way to update the cost data from Boxem by selecting certain listings and clicking on "Bulk Action > Reload Cost from Boxem". The system will proceed to import real-time cost data to BQool.

☛ Bulk action feature is only functional when the Boxem integration feature on the General Settings page is enabled.
