InventoryLab: Min Price and Max Price Manually Download and Upload

With the integration turned on in both BQool and InventoryLab, the cost amounts are automatically synced. However, customers who enter the Min Price and Max Price while listings products in InventoryLab could save more time by importing the Min and Max data to BQool Repricing Central by exporting these amounts from InventoryLab.

When creating a new batch in InventoryLab to enter Min and Max Price, the available settings are:

  • Do Not Capture: To entirely leave the Min Price and Max Price boxes out.
  • Send to Amazon: To send Min and Max Prices to Seller Central along with the rest of the products details included in the batch.
  • Save to InventoryLab: This will include the Min Price and the Max Price on the list page instead of sending this amount to Amazon, and then they will only be saved in InventoryLab.

After listing all items, creating shipping, and completing the listing workflow, the batch is automatically archived or closed for them.

All these batches can be found under the list tab on the Closed Batches tab.

Locate the file on the computer and open it on the preferred spreadsheet software.

The Min Price and Max Price amounts are already in the Repricing Central Report. For the blank columns, you can decide whether to enter the data. However, it's required to enter the Rule Name before uploading the file.

The Repricing Central Report is exported in a “CSV” file format from InventoryLab, so after entering any new data, you have to save it as a “TXT” format before importing it to BQool.

To do this, click File, it should be on the top of the screen, and select “Save As” from the menu.

In the window, change the format from “Comma Separated Values” format to a “Tab Delimited Text.” or “TXT” format and then click “Save“.

After saving the file into “TXT” format, go to the “Upload File” section in BQool and select the “Repricing Central File” as the file type to upload.

Click “Locate File to Upload”, select and open the file in your computer.

Once the file has been successfully attached, click “Upload Now” to complete the process.
