With the integration turned on in both BQool and InventoryLab, the cost amounts are automatically synced. However, customers who enter the Min Price and Max Price while listings products in InventoryLab could save more time by importing the Min and Max data to BQool Repricing Central by exporting these amounts from InventoryLab.

Check out how to download file in IL in the article: Export a BQool Repricing Central File

1. After entering your Min/Max data while listing, once the batch is closed, navigate to History.

2. Select Closed Batches.

3. Click the batch name you would like to export. Once in the closed batch details page, click the three stacked dots and select Export bQool Repricing Central.

4. Locate the file on the computer and open it on the preferred spreadsheet software. The Min Price and Max Price amounts are already in the Repricing Central Report. For the blank columns, you can decide whether to enter the data. However, it's required to enter the Rule Name before uploading the file.

5. The Repricing Central Report is exported in a “CSV” file format from InventoryLab, so after entering any new data, you have to save it as a “txt” format before importing it to BQool.

To do this, click File, it should be on the top of the screen, and select “Save As” from the menu.

In the window, change the format from “Comma Separated Values” format to a “Tab Delimited Text” or “.txt” format and then click “Save“.

6. After saving the file into “txt” format, go to the “Upload File > Repricing Central File” as the file type to upload.

Click “Choose File” to select and open the file in your computer. Once the file has been successfully attached, click “Upload Now” to complete the process.
