You can download the full listings or filtered listings results on the Manage Listings page by clicking the Download button on the upper right side of the interface.

There are 2 options you can choose: download listings or download reports.

Download Listings

For downloading less than 2000 listings, it's recommended to click on this option, which allows you to download up to the first 2000 listings from the search results to the Excel file instantly.

Click "Yes" in the pop-up window displaying “Download up to 2,000 listings to csv file instantly“ to proceed with the download.

Download Reports

For downloading more than 2000 listings, it's recommended to click on this option, which the system will generate an file under "Reports > Download Reports".

Click "Yes" in the pop-up window to proceed with the download.

After requesting to download the report, you can view the status of the last 10 downloads under "Reports > Download Reports".

Click on the Refresh button to check on the status of the report. Once the report is ready, you will be able to Preview it before Downloading it.

  • If the latest report downloaded is still pending or in progress, you cannot proceed to request the download of other files. The system will not respond to additional requests until it completes processing the initial request.
  • The system can only generate up to 10 file records, with the most recent record displayed at the top of the historical records sequence.

In the downloaded file, you have access to information on each listing, such as sales performance metrics and Amazon fees.

  • When requesting to download the file, the system does not initiate a new listing report request through the API. Instead, it uses the latest data already available on the BQool end. In essence, the listing data in the file represents the most recent information stored on the BQool platform.
  • The listing sort sequence in the download file is in accordance with the sort sequence defined in the Preferences setting.

Low Price+Shipping / Buy Box+Shipping Column

  • If the listing data under the Low Price +Shipping column indicates a green tick mceclip1.png on the Manage Listing page, the corresponding column in the download file will be shown as TRUE.
  • If the listing data under the Buy Box+Shipping column indicates a green tickmceclip1.pngon the Manage Listing page, the corresponding column in the download file will be shown as TRUE.
  • If listing data on the Manage Listing table shows a blank, then the corresponding column in the download file will display blank as well.
