What kinds of tickets will Ticket Manager generate when Buyers tend to contact sellers on Amazon?

A variety of tickets will be generated on Ticket Manager, which will depend on the title buyers choose when they plan to contact a Seller on Amazon.   

Below are some of the highly requested ticket type which BQool has received from our community. 

Amazon Q& A Tickets 

If a customer leaves a question under the Product Q&A section, BigCentral ticket manager will auto-generate a corresponding ticket as illustrated in the image attached below.

The system will redirect you to answer customer’s questions on Amazon.

Negative Feedback

By default, the automated Negative Feedback ticket is toggled on. The system will create a new ticket when Negative Feedback is received.mceclip2.png

 

Negative Review 

By default, the automated Negative Review ticket is toggled on. The system will create a new ticket when a Negative Review is received. 

Please note that the Review Manager subscription is required for this function.

Amazon Messages 

The official term on the BQool end is System Message.

When BigCentral receives a new message from Amazon with the title related to the Seller account, a corresponding ticket will be generated on Ticket Manager.

All the Tickets Types 

The notion behind this ticket type is that the title Buyers would choose when they plan to contact a Seller on Amazon.   

All the types are organized and outlined below, each of which will generate a corresponding ticket in Ticket Manager. 

Contact Buyer:

Agents create messages or tickets to contact Buyers through Ticket Manager. The title of the ticket will be "Contact Buyer. "

Negative Feedback:

This condition needs to be set up in the General Section under Settings first. When receiving Negative Feedback, a new ticket will be created with the title of Negative Feedback.

Negative Review:

This condition needs to be set up in the General Section under Settings first. When receiving a Negative Review, a new ticket will be created with the title of Negative Review.  

Cancellation: 

When BigCentral receives a new message from Buyers with the title “Cancellation. ” 

Wrong Item:

When BigCentral receives a new message from Buyers with the title “Wrong item.” 

Defective Item:

When BigCentral receives a new message from Buyers with the title “Missing parts or accessories. ” 

Invoice Request:

When BigCentral receives a new message from Buyers with the title “Invoice Request. ” 

Returns Query:

When BigCentral receives a new message from Buyers with the title “Returns Query. ”  

Shipping Query:

When BigCentral receives a new message from Buyers with the title “Shipping Query. ”  

Shipping: Delivery:

The new tickets are requested from the Buyers with the title “Shipping Delivery. ” 

Shipping: Ship faster:

When BigCentral receives a new message from Buyers with the title “Ship faster.” 

Shipping: Change address:

When BigCentral receives a new message from Buyers with the title “Change Address.” 

Customers: Thank you:

When BigCentral receives a new message from Buyers with the title “ Thank You.” 

System Message:

When BigCentral receives a new message from Amazon with the title related to the Seller account.   

System: Q&A:

When BigCentral receives a new message from Amazon with the title related to Q&A.  

Product Query:

New tickets are requested from Amazon with the title “Product Query” 

Order Query:

New tickets are requested from Amazon with the title “Order Query” 

Payments Query:

When BigCentral receives a new message from a customer with the content related to “Payment Query.” 

Refund Query:

When BigCentral receives a new message from a customer with the content related to products Refund Query. 

Other Query:

BigCentral receives a new message from customers & content related to others. Namely, when Buyers’ inquiries can’t be matched in the existing categories.
