The General section consists of three main functions: Close Ticket, Negative Feedback, and Negative Review.
For the tickets in the Ticket Manager, users can change the ticket status from Solved to Closed after a specified number of days. The preset option is 14 days. Users can choose from 7 days to 30 days in the drop-down menu.
By default, the automated Negative Feedback ticket is toggled on. The system will create a new ticket when Negative Feedback is received.
By default, the automated Negative Review ticket is toggled on. The system will create a new ticket when a Negative Review is received.
Please note that the Review tracker is required to be turned on for the tracked listings.
