The number of user accounts available for each subscription tier is outlined below:

  • For the monthly $50 or below subscription, the maximum number of user accounts is 2.
  • For the monthly $51 to $99 subscription, the maximum number of user accounts is 5.
  • For the monthly $100 to $199 subscription, the maximum number of user accounts is 10
  • For the monthly $200 to $299 subscription, the maximum number of user accounts is 15.
  • For the monthly $300 or above subscription, the maximum number of user accounts is 20.

You can check the current availability of user accounts as well as the maximum allowable number of users by navigating to "BQool Account > Manage Users > Usage and Plan drop-down menu".

☛ Note: The initial account registered email will be counted toward the user’s plan limit.

If the number of user accounts exceeds the plan limit, the system will alert you with a notification message and the overage user accounts will not be permitted to be created.

For this scenario, please refer to the solutions outlined below:

  1. Upgrade to a higher tier of the plan.
  2. Remove some of the existing user accounts.

Whether the account is suspended or not yet activated, it will still be counted toward the plan limit. The way to increase the number of available user accounts is by deleting the account or upgrading the plan.
