Step 2

If you have multiple accounts, the message will pop up asking you to choose the Permission Type as either local or shared.

Users with shared permission can switch between different linked BQool accounts, whereas users with local permission can only operate within the given account.

Step 3

Enter the Permission Name, then click on each product’s (BigCentral / Repricing Central / BQool account) drop-down menu to specify the permission details for each marketplace.

  • None: The user is not authorized to view the content on the page.
  • View Only: The user can view the content but cannot make any changes.
  • View & Edit: The user is allowed to view and modify the content.

After setting the permissions, click "Save" to complete the process.

Step 4

The details of the Ticket Manager's permission will be introduced and explained in the Ticket Settings article.

Next, click on "No users selected " and select the user(s) to be assigned to this permission.
