Users will be able to see a list of your orders.

Status:

Users are able to check on the current status of the order.

1. Pending
2. Unshipped
3. PartiallyShipped
4. Shipped
5. Cancellation
6. Canceled
7. Refund applied
8. Unfulfillable

Shipping:

Users are able to check on the current shipping status of each order.

1. Standard
2. Second Day
3. Expedited
4. Free Economy
5. Next Day
6. Same Day
7. Scheduled
8. Others

Buyer Email:

Users can contact buyers by clicking on the email icon under the Buyer Email column. Following that, the system will create a corresponding ticket based on the order information.

Order Details

See more about each order by clicking Actions > View Details. The system will pop out an Order Information screen.

The Order details have included the information of Ship by and Deliver by. Users can also click on the email icon to contact buyers directly.
