The InventoryLab integration feature allows users to synchronize the Cost per Unit from their InventoryLab account every 6 hours. The feature will be available for all Repricing plans.
Enable the InventoryLab Integration feature via BQool
Go to ”Settings > General.
” page and then click on the “How to integrate” button and follow the instructions provided.
Turn on the Inventory Integration and click on the “How to integrate” button for detailed instruction.
You must enable the integration settings in both your BQool and InventoryLab accounts. If you activate the feature in BQool but not in InventoryLab, BQool will be unable to retrieve any cost data from InventoryLab.
InventoryLab Integration Settings
You can find this option by navigating to Settings (located under your name in the top-right corner) and clicking on Integration Settings in the left menu. Then, toggle on the integration feature with BQool.
Once the integration is enabled, the system will continuously update the cost data from InventoryLab.
Since InventoryLab updates cost data from Amazon’s Fulfillment Center, it is possible that there are cost data discrepancies between BQool and InventoryLab. The cause of the issue lies in the time that it takes for updated data to be reported by the Amazon Fulfillment Center, retrieved by Inventory Lab, and displayed on the BQool interface. Rest assured that the data discrepancy will be resolved automatically within 12-24 hours.
Bulk Action Feature: Reload Cost from InventoryLab.
This is the fastest way to update the cost data from InventoryLab by selecting certain listings (up to 200 listings) and clicking on the feature. The system will proceed to import real-time cost data to BQool.
☛ Please note that the Bulk action feature is only functional when the InventoryLab integration feature on the General Settings page is enabled.
Cost/Unit Type Preference
You can select Current Cost, Average Cost, or Highest Cost as the Cost/Unit that you would like BQool to apply:
Please note that changing the Cost/Unit type on BQool after the initial synchronization with InventoryLab will trigger a new synchronization process. This process includes a 6-hour waiting period during which the system will display a “Wait to Synchronize” notice. After the waiting period, the system will initiate the new synchronization and update the data accordingly.
During the waiting period, you can still use the ‘Bulk Action: Reload Cost from InventoryLab’ feature to retrieve real-time cost data from InventoryLab, provided that the integration feature is enabled on both ends.
Once the 6-hour waiting period is complete and the Cost/Unit type is updated, the system will display a “Status Success” notice, confirming that the synchronization process has finished successfully.
Bulk upload: Closed Batch report has been added.
We have brought back the previous InventoryLab: Bulk Upload feature. You can also upload your Cost Data by uploading Closed Batch Report from InventoryLab to BQool. For more detailed instructions, please visit Cost Data Upload.
Internet Browser Preference
We recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for the best performance when utilizing the InventoryLab integration or the Bulk Action feature.
Amazon Marketplace
The InventoryLab integration feature is only available in the US marketplace.

Why does this not also sync the min/max prices that are created in Inventory Lab? Seems as silly to have to calculate them again in bqool..
