Supported Browser

We support Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari as the internet browser while using BQool software.

Please don't use Internet Explorer as a browser to utilize the BQool software. 

Recommended Browser

When using BQool Repricing Central, it is highly recommended that users should use Google Chrome as the primary internet browser to proceed all kinds of Repricing or account activities, especially when the users want to cancel any subscription.

Devices

Users can access BQool software only through web browsers on their computers or laptops.

Mobile device web browsers are not compatible with BQool. In other words, using BQool software on smartphones or tablets is not recommended.
