How to Change the Registered Account Email/ Admin Email?

Step 1: Add a new email account 

Click "BQool Account > Manage User > Add user" to add a new user. Please set the permission the same as your current user settings.

Step 2 : Activate the new email

Once adding a new user, BQool will send the activation email. Please refer to the instructions to set up a new password and activate the account.

If the new user do not receive any email, please resend it again.

After the new user activates the account, the account status will become "Active". 

Step 3: Contact BQool Support

Please contact our Customer Success team to submit an IT ticket for you. If you have multiple users in the account, please notify us which email address you would like BQool to set as the primary registered account email.
