Following are possible reasons why your listing may not be repricing.

1. Missing Repricing Rule / Min Price / Max Price.
2. Repricing Paused
3. Min Price = Max Price.
4. Listings with No Competition won't receive an SQS notification from Amazon.
5. Missing Amazon SQS notification. It will take 12 hours for automatic repricing. 
6. Inactive listing on your Amazon store. 

Rule Based 

1. When you win the Buy Box and Stay in Buy Box setting is set to Do Not Change My Buy Box Price.

2. If the listing matches the specified scenarios in the "Get Buy Box" section and the corresponding settings are set as "Do Not Reprice", the listing won't proceed to reprice.

AI Rule

1. If the listing matches the specified scenarios and the corresponding settings are set as "Do Not Reprice", the listing won't proceed to reprice.

2. The price doesn't require adjustment after being estimated by AI.
