Click "Listings > Active Listings" and you will see Favorite Filters / Listings Health / Filters on your left side.
Favorite Filters
- All: Shows all the listings.
- Active: Shows your listing that is available on Amazon and ready to accept orders.
- Inactive(out of stock / back-ordered): Shows your listings with 0 available quantity.
- Repricing Enabled: Shows all listings that have repricing enabled.
- Repricing Paused: Shows all listings that have repricing paused.

Listings Health
- Listings with Special Characters: Shows listings that contain characters other than letters (A–Z) and numbers (0–9) such as & # $ ! @ * " ' : = \ + / { } [ ] ; , ` ~ ' %.
- Listings match/not match Buy Box Price: Shows listings match or not match Buy Box Price based on SQS reports.
- Listings at/not at Lowest Price: Shows your listing that is at or is not at the lowest price.
- Listings at FBA/FBM Lowest Price: Shows your listing that is at the lowest FBA/FBM price.
- Listings with/without competition: Shows all the listings that at least have 1 competition or you are the only seller of this listing.
- Listings at Min Price: Shows all listings that are currently priced at min price.
- Listings at Max Price: Shows all listings that are currently priced at max price.
- Competition below Min Price: Shows all listings that have the majority of the Price competition below your Min Price. This means that you may want to lower your Min Price in order to compete with those sellers.
- Listings within/outside Top 20 Competition: Shows listings' position is within or not within the top 20.
- Listings with Buy Box Suppressed: Shows BB suppressed listings based on SQS reports.
- Listings with Long Term Storage Fee: Shows listings which Long Term Storage Fee > 0.
- Historical Days of Supply below 28 Days: Shows listings which Historical Days of Supply < 28.
- Missing Min & Max Price: Shows all listings that don't have Min or Max Price inputted.
- Missing Rule: Shows all listings that don't have a rule assigned.
- Missing Cost: Show the listings that don't have cost entered.
- Missing FBM shipping cost: Show the FBM listings that does not have the shipping cost updated from the listings data report.
- Missing Group: sort out SKUs which have not been assigned to any groups.
Special Feature: Competition Below Min Price
After setting up all your Repricing Rules, here’s a helpful tip to protect your chances of winning the Buy Box:
Use the Competition Below Min Price filter to quickly identify and manage listings where competitors are priced below your Min Price. Simply go to the Default Filter and select the Competition Below Min Price category to view all affected listings in bulk.
It’s wise to check daily whether any competitors are pricing below your Min Price, as Buy Box ownership typically goes to the lowest-priced eligible seller. In some cases, your Min Price might be set too high or significantly different from other competitors. The Competition Below Min Price filter can serve as a helpful indicator to reevaluate your Min/Max Price settings.
Based on the Competitor Analysis for those listings, you may consider lowering your Min Price to stay competitive, trigger more repricing activity, and increase your chances of winning the Buy Box.
That said, if you prefer not to engage in constant price wars, you can choose to price higher and wait for lower-priced sellers to sell out.
Filters
You are able to select multiple filters at once.
Listing Health
You can select multiple Listings Health with other general filters (status, position, rank…etc.) you want to filter by.
☛ When selecting more than 2 Listing Health criteria, the logic applied is OR.
For example, if “Listings match buy box price” and “Competition below min price” are selected, listings that meet either of these 2 criteria will be filtered, rather than requiring both criteria to be met.
☛ When Listing Health is combined with general filters (such as status, position, rank, etc.), the logic applied is AND.
For example, if “listings match buy box price / Fulfillment: FBA / Offer: 1-10” are selected, only listings that meet all these criteria will be filtered. In other words, the filtered results will include listings which match the Buy Box price, are fulfilled by FBA, and have an offer value within the range of 1-10.
Repricing
- Repricing Enabled: Allow Repricing according to your rule setting.
- Repricing Paused: Stop Repricing if it’s necessary.
- Repricing Schedule: Regular Repricing based on your rule schedule.
Seller SKU
SKUs can be input in the column for further search.
Status
You can select “All”, “Active” or “Inactive” depending on the listing status you need.
- Active: at least one available stock
- Inactive: listings with 0 available quantity
Condition
You can select listing conditions ranging from New to Refurbished, if necessary.
Title
It will be easier for you to enter the title of the listings for further search.
Fulfillment
The fulfillment “FBA”, “FBM”, or select “All” to choose the listings you need.

- FBA: Fulfillment By Amazon service that helps businesses grow by providing access to Amazon's logistics network.
- FBM: Fulfillment By Merchant service that the seller is in control of the entire handling and shipping process.
You can filter numbers of FBA/FBM sellers (including you and other competitors).
ASINs can be input in the column for further search.
The percentage that you win the Buy Box.
Buy Box Owner including “Suppressed”, “Amazon “, “FBA “and “FBM “can be filtered.
The Buy Box Owner records in the filter are updated once per day, leading to a potential discrepancy with the latest data available on Competitor Analysis.
Your position among top 20 competitors on a listing.
The ranking of your listing compared to other listings with same product types on Amazon.
EFN
You can search the listings “Mark as EFN/Mark as not EFN” or select “All”.

Enter the date period that the listings were created to search the items you need.
The listings amount could be input for further search.
The listings inbound quantity could be input for further search.

You can select and filter the rule settings to meet your requirements. Options such as “All AI Rules”, “All Conditional Repricing Rules”, “All Rule-Based Rules”, or any other rules you select can be filtered if necessary.
Your Price
The current price range can be input for further search.
The lowest price among all competition or the lowest FBA/FBM price among all competition.
The range of listing quantities sold in the last 30 days.
The range of listing quantities sold in the last 7 days.
Inventory Age
The range of listing quantities corresponding to the specified Inventory Age range.
☛ Note: Decimals are not supported.
For example, if you want to search for the listings with an Inventory Age of 0-30 days, you can input 1 in the box.
Long Term Storage Fee / Long Term Storage Units
The range of Long Term Storage Fee and Units can be input for further search.
Historical Days of Supply
The range of Historical Days of Supply can be input for further search.
Sell-Through Rate
The range of sell-through rate can be input for further search.
Est. Excess Qty
The quantity of estimated excess can be input for further search.
Storage Type
Select the storage type(s) you want to search.
Aerosol/Apparel /Flammable /Footwear/Oversize/Other/Standard-size/Extra-large
Top 20 Competitors
You could filter top 20 competitors by including or excluding any type of the competitors.
After selecting necessary filters, click “Search” at the bottom to preview the listings that meet the specified criteria.
