You can set special repricing settings for unique competition scenarios.

  • FBA vs Amazon
    Choose how your FBA listings will compete with Amazon listings.
  • FBA vs FBA
    Choose how your FBA listings will compete with other FBA listings.
  • FBA vs FBM
    Choose how your FBA listings will compete with FBM listings.
  • FBM vs Amazon
    Choose how your FBM listings will compete with Amazon listings.
  • FBM vs FBA
    Choose how your FBM listings will compete with FBA listings.
  • FBM vs FBM
    Choose how your FBM listings will compete with other FBM listings.

 

To activate an Advanced Setting, click the slider on the right to the On position.

(*When Adjusted Price is above your Max Price, the system uses Max Price.)

 

The activated Advanced Setting will supersede Get Buy Box Settings.

 

Example:


 

You activate Advanced Settings for:

  • FBA vs Amazon
  • FBA vs FBA
  • FBM vs FBM

 

When your FBA listing is competing with Amazon, it will enforce the Advanced Setting (FBA vs Amazon).
When your FBM listing is competing with Amazon, your listing will choose Repricing Settings as the response.

 

If you need a quick template to setup, here I include some common scenarios and strategies for both FBA and FBM sellers.

 

Note: Please avoid “No leading zero before a decimal point” when inputting the price change value in the rule.

FBA listings vs FBA listings and FBM listings:  

With these two Advanced Setting, when your FBA listings competing with another FBA listing, Your Price will less 1 cent it automatically. When your FBA listings competing with the FBM listing, Your Price will be set at a moderate distance from the FBM listings by 3 % above its price. The setting is highly versatile and flexible, which ensure the maximized profit and increase the chance of winning the Buy Box.

FBM listings vs FBA listings and FBM listings: 

 

As mentioned, FBM listings have some disadvantages against FBA listings over winning the Buy Box ownership. It’s prudent to set Your Price 3% less than the FBA Competitor’s Price in order to stay at a moderate distance. Speaking of playing safe cards here, when FBM vs FBM, it’s recommended to match Your Price with it. It is a moderate approach to avoid losing profit and stay active in the Price competition.
