Why I don't receive an account activation email?

If you don’t receive the activation email, please first check your spam folder looking for an email with the subject line: 'Welcome to BQool. Activate Your Free Trial.' in case it was mistakenly classified as spam. 

If you still cannot find it, please contact our Customer Service Center at support@bqool.com, and we can assist by resending the activation email.
