The latest update for BQool BigCentral has now been released and includes several exciting new features that provide users with the ability to issue a worry-free product review and seller feedback request email.

1 – Amazon Request Review & Feedback Campaign

100% Amazon-compliant Review and Feedback requests can be initiated from BQool and utilize the same filters and scheduling options as those found in the Seller Requested Email Campaigns. To get started, go to the “Campaigns” tab and locate the “Amazon Request Review & Feedback” campaign.

2– Campaign Manager – Additional Scheduling Options

A. When using the Seller Requested Email Campaigns, users may select the to send “as soon as possible” for their FBA and FBM Orders.

B. Sellers may now select which day of the week to include/exclude as an option in their email requests. This is available to both Amazon and Seller requested email campaigns.

3-Other Minor Updates

• In Campaign Manager, the “Campaign”, “Date Created”, and “Last Created” are now sortable.

  

• Sample Campaigns folder has been removed from the Campaign folder.

  

• Sample Campaigns have been removed from the Getting Started page.
