[ Campaign ] Can the Email Campaign filter still exclude/include certain countries to send emails in accordance with Amazon’s Data protection policy?

Claire Lin

Due to the recently announced Amazon's Data Protection Policy (DPP),  BQool will no longer be allowed access to any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) like shipping details.

Take the order details for example. It doesn’t display any shipping address or shipping counties.

The Amazon order report can still provide info related to the buyer’s country and shipping country-- just not the complete shipping address-- so you can still filter by country. (In contrast, on the BigCRM end, the system doesn’t display any of the shipping info at all.)

The order report that BQool receives contains the buyer’s country and shipping country. Given this, the system still can filter the countries after users enable the setting.
