Export Filtered Result from Manage Listing page

Users can download the Full and Filter Listings results on the Manage Listings page by clicking the download button on the upper right side of the interface.

Download listings: Recommendation Listings less than 2,000

The system can immediately download up to the first 2000 listings from the search results to the excel file.

The pop up window will show “Download up to 2,000 listings to csv file instantly“.

Users can click yes to proceed to download.

Download Reports: Recommendation Listings more than 2,000

All the listings’ data can be generated as an file in the “Download Reports” under “Report”.

Click the button, and the number of the listings and the location to download the report can be shown.

After the user requests to download the report, Users can view the status of the last 10 downloads here:

  • If the latest report downloaded is still pending or in progress on the Review File Status and History, users can’t proceed to request to download other files. The system won’t respond to other requests until it finishes processing the first request.
  • The system can only generate up to 10 file records. The latest record will display at the top of the sequence of the historical records.

 

In the downloaded BQool Manage Listings file, users have access to info on different listings, sales performance metrics and Amazon fees.

  • The listing data in the file is the most updated data saved on the BQool end. The system won’t request a new listing report through the API when users request to download the file.
  • The listing sort sequence in the download file is in accordance with the sort sequence defined in the Preferences setting as seen in the image attached below:

  • If the listing data under the Buy Box+Shipping column indicates a green tickmceclip1.pngon the Manage Listing page, the corresponding column in the download file will be shown as TRUE.

  • If listing data on the Manage Listing table shows a blank, then the corresponding column in the download file will display blank as well.

  • If listing data on the Manage Listing table shows a dash “- ”, then the corresponding column in the download file will display a dash “- ” as well
