Impact on previous Feedback Central Trial users and Active users

The Feedback Central users will be upgraded to BigCRM directly. When clicking on the Ticket Manager, the system will display an alert notification to inform users to complete the Customer Service email setup.

After the setup, please navigate to Settings > Tickets > Channels > Marketplace > and enable the corresponding marketplace for the Ticket Manager.

After toggling on the marketplace channel, the system will ask for further channel activation confirmation. Please click ‘Yes.’
