Changes Between Feedback Central and BigCRM

1. Campaigns

The previous email campaign featured an EU VAT function from Feedback Central has been integrated into BigCRM’s campaign function. 

 

The image attached below illustrates the Email campaign function, Emails and the EU VAT function from Feedback Central (legacy).

On the BigCRM user interface, the functionality of Campaign is split into three main categories: Campaign Manager, Emails and EU VAT invoices.

2. Email Quota


The email quota of all the marketplaces will be counted under the same subscription in BigCRM. The amount of sent emails presented under the usage menu is a collection of all the sent emails from all marketplaces.

3. Number of sent emails


For users with an existing Feedback Central subscription, they will be moved to BigCRM without having to purchase a new subscription. For those users, the Usage menu will display the amount of sent emails for each marketplace instead of being combined into one section. 

The number of the sent email includes the emails from standard email campaigns and Ticket Manager. 
 
If users want to know the number of the sent emails from Ticket Manager and from Standard email campaign, users can check or download the daily feedback report for the number of emails sent. 

4. Ticket Dashboard (New added)

Users can use the Ticket Dashboard to check the number of emails sent in the past 30 to 90 days.
