You are able to upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription on your own. Follow the procedures below for instructions:
Upgrade
1. Go to "BQool Account > My Subscriptions" page, and click “Upgrade”.
2. Modify your plan by upgrading the billing cycle or plan, and then click “Add to Cart”.
3. Under Your Cart, you will see the added plan. Click "Check out" once you're done.
4. After completing the payment, the upgrade will take effect immediately.
Downgrade
1. Go to "BQool Account > My Subscriptions" page, and click “Downgrade”.
2. Adjust billing cycle/plan or remove specific marketplaces based on your needs. Once you've made the desired modifications, click the "Add to Cart" button.
3. Under Your Cart, you will see the adjusted plan. Click "Check out" once you're done.
4. When downgrading, please note that the fee will be $0, and the downgrade will not take effect until the next payment date.
Even though the fee is $0, it's essential to complete the payment procedure to finalize the process.
Cancel
1. Go to "BQool Account > My Subscriptions" page, and click “Cancel”.
2. After clicking "Cancel", the system will redirect you to the "Confirm Cancellation" page. On this page, choose the plan you intend to cancel and click on "Cancel Selected Plan" to proceed with the cancellation.
3. After seeing the "Subscription successfully changed" message, the cancellation process is complete. You can continue to use the service until the expiration date of the current plan. Please note that refunds for the period between the cancellation date and the expiration date will not be provided.
