You are able to upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription on your own.
The procedures as following for the introduction:
Upgrade:
1. Go to My Subscriptions page, and click “Upgrade”.
2. Adjust the plan by upgrading the billing cycle, and then click “Add to Cart”.
3. Click “Check Out”.
4. After completing the payment, the upgrade will take effect immediately.
Downgrade
1. Go to My Subscriptions page, and click “Downgrade”.
2. Adjust Billing Cycle or Plan or reduce numbers of Marketplaces depending on your requirement and click “Add to Cart”.
3. Click “Check Out”.
4. The fee is $0 and will be invalid on the next debit date.
PS: Although the cost is $0, the procedure of the payment must be completed.
Cancel
1. The customers can find the product you want to cancel under the My Subscription.
Move to the Action, you will see the option to cancel the subscription.
2. After clicking on the cancel option, the system will take them to the Confirm Cancellation page. All you need to select the plan you wish to cancel and click on "Cancel Selected Plan."
3. Lastly, Once you see the subscription successfully changed message, you are done with the canceling process. (It can be used continuously until the expiration date of this plan. However, the refund of the cancelling date to the expired date is unacceptable)
