- For users with a previous ‘Feedback Central' and 'Review Central subscription’, the system will be updated to the BigCRM interface.
- For the users with a previous ‘Review Central subscription’, the system will not be updated to BigCRM interface.
To upgrade the BigCRM subscription, please navigate to Settings > BQool Account > Subscriptions.
Before the BigCRM update, different marketplaces will have different subscription cycles.
After the BigCRM update, all the marketplaces have the same subscription cycle. Users will have either a monthly or annual plan with a recurring payment on the same date that the users first subscribed.
Each marketplace will be charged individually. With each extra added marketplace, the system adds on $10 for the monthly subscription or $108 for the annual subscriptions.
One Free Trial for one BQool Service
Before the BigCRM system update, users can start a free trial on each marketplace.
After the BigCRM system update, each BQool service can only allow one free trial regardless of the marketplaces. (No exception is permitted)
What types of sent emails will be counted toward the email plan?
Before the BigCRM system update, only the number of the sent email from email campaigns and the VAT template is counted toward the email plan.
After the BigCRM update, the email sent to Buyers through Ticket Manager will be counted toward the email plan quota as well. More details for the functions and mechanics of the ticketing system will be introduced in the Ticket Manager Section.
The Limitation of the Number of the Users Account
Before the BigCRM system update, there is no limit to the number of users on the account.
After the BigCRM update, the number of available user accounts varies in accordance with the subscription plan limit. (More information will be introduced in the Manage User section. )
Enjoying Reviewing Tracking with Review Tracker
Before the BigCRM system update, the Feedback Central subscription doesn't come with the Review Update function.
After the BigCRM update, users who meet the requirements outlined below can enjoy Review Tracking for 5 listings, regardless of the marketplace used.
- Directly Sign up with BigCRM trial
- Renew the BigCRM subscription
- Upgrade from Feedback Central to BigCRM
- Starting from the $10 subscription, users can use the Review Request email template and VAT invoice function.
- Starting from the $50 subscription, the AI solutions and the Auto-Reply in the Ticket Manager are available. (The function of Auto-Reply will be explained in the Setting section.)
- Starting from the $100 subscription, the Download Report function will be available.
For the users who have been grandfathered in with the Feedback Central and Review Central plan, the system will display the “Switching plan alert” to notify them about the grandfathered plan cancellation when they attempt to upgrade the current plan.
The system will display an alert message which notifies the sellers that the current Feedback Central and Review Central plan will be replaced with the BigCRM new plan.
After clicking on the “Got it” button, the users will be redirected to the CRM subscription renewal page. No matter which Review Subscription the users sign up with, the previous review plan will be integrated into the Review Manager section.
After the payment has been completed, the Feedback Central and Review Central plan will be canceled (and no longer grandfathered in). The system will proceed to use the initial BigCRM subscription date as the start for the new billing cycle.
When upgrading to the BigCRM new plan, users will be charged for the new plan and credited a prorated amount for the previous plan.
The credited amount for the Feedback Central and Review Central subscription will be deducted from the plan upgrade payment when users check out.
If the BigCRM new subscription plan amount is lower than the credited amount from Feedback Central and Review Central combined, then in the payment confirmation section, the system will display a negative amount (e.g. -$100).
The user can still proceed to confirm the payment, and the system will display the amount of the transaction to be $0. Subsequently, BQool representatives will email the user to notify them that the remaining amount of credit will be deducted from their next billing cycle on the subscription renewal date.
Users who have been grandfathered in with the Feedback Central plan or the Feedback Central plan plus the Review Central plan will be able to choose how to proceed. If they want to downgrade their plan, they still need to click on the “Upgrade” option as illustrated in the image below, where the system will automatically integrate the add-on marketplaces.
From there, users can modify their current plan subscription to be in a lower tier. When checking out, the system will proceed to calculate the payment for the downgraded plan.
Even though users have chosen to downgrade the subscription plan, the system will still consider it as a plan upgrade providing that user’s subscription plan transfers from a grandfathered plan to a new BIgCRM plan. The system will use the initial BigCRM subscription starting date for the new billing cycle and apply the prorated amount of the remaining credit from the previous subscription to the BigCRM payment deduction.
If the credit deduction amount is greater than the final payment amount on the Confirm Payment page, then the system will display the final payment amount as a negative value (e.g. -$100).
These users should still confirm the payment. The system will display the amount of this transaction to be $0. Subsequently, a BQool representative will email the users to notify them of the remaining amount of credit that will be deducted from the next billing cycle on the subscription renewal date.
When a grandfathered in Review Central plan upgrades to BigCRM, the system will show a message saying “Switching Plan Alert” to notify the user that the Feedback Central or Review Central plan are about to upgrade to the BigCRM plan and that the plan upgrade is irreversible.
After clicking on the “Got it ” button, the user will be redirected to the CRM subscription renewal page. No matter which Review plan the user signs up to, the previous review plan will be canceled and be replaced with BigCRM. The credited amount for the Review Central subscription will be based on the remaining unused days of the original subscription and will be deducted during the checkout process.
If a user only has a Review Central subscription and the user doesn't click on Review Central upgrade but proceed to purchase BigCRM directly in the BQool product section. After checkout, the grandfathered in Review Central plan will exist together with the new BigCRM plan.
If the user purchases Review Central + CRM respectively, the review data that the system will display in the Review Central is from the previous Review Central subscription when selecting Review interface.
When the user enters the BigCRM interface, they will only see the review data of the ASINs tracked by BigCRM.
Normally in this circumstance, it is most likely that the customer purchased the wrong product rather than actually intending to have two review tracking subscriptions.
Therefore, for users who only have the Review Central subscription and don’t have the Feedback Central subscription, please make sure to go to Subscription > My account > Review Central > Upgrade, rather than to the BQool product page when users need to upgrade their Review Central subscription.

These instructions are for users who have one Feedback Central subscription and one Review Central subscription.
