We would like to inform you that on 02-05-2018 we have released a new feature in Feedback Central： Re-sending emails to Opt-out users.
You may have received the opt-out messages from Amazon indicating: “We were unable to deliver the message you sent for order xxxxxxxxxx ……”. BQool has investigated, and there are two possibilities:
1) Buyers do select the option of “Do not send me any marketing email for now” in Communication Preferences Center.
2) Since BQool sent the emails in bulk, Amazon may misjudge the emails as marketing emails and trigger the bounce-back message.
In order not to miss the chance to request feedback or reviews, now in Feedback Central you are able to re-send the solicitation emails for the orders that got a bounce-back message.
Please go to Feedback Central > Emails > Campaigns > Opt-out Email
Here you would be able to see a list of the emails that were bounced back. You may try manually re-sending the emails one by one. Please be noted that there is no option for bulk actions, in order to avoid the misjudgment of Amazon.
