A/B Testing is a new tool in Feedback Central that allows users to test and compare the effectiveness of campaigns by sending test emails to a small batch of buyers. With A/B Testing, you are able to make small changes on the same campaign to see how tweaking your text can have different results and to use the results to achieve the desired effect with your campaign.
Setting Up an A/B Testing Campaign
To set up an A/B Testing Campaign, go to Feedback Central > Campaigns > Add Campaign. You can follow the steps in Add Campaigns and customize your campaign content and graphics. There are 5 steps, as listed below, in setting up a new Campaign. At the Filters step, you will be able to turn on the A/B Testing mode.

When you have completed the first 3 steps in customizing your campaign content and graphics, you will reach the Filters page. Set up the all the filters as desired.
With A/B Testing, you can include or exclude specific items in which you want to test the campaign. Simply toggle on this function and enter the desired ASIN/SKU/SKU(RegExp) you wish to test.
A/B Testing mode
At the bottom of the Filters page, you can toggle the on/off button to turn the A/B Testing mode on/off. You are also able to limit the number of emails for A/B Testing per day.
You can send up to 100 A/B testing emails per day. Check campaign performance report and modify your content and/or settings based on the test results.
