With BQool's Review Central, you'll be able to monitor and act on all reviews to protect your brand reputation.
To manage your reviews, hover your mouse over Review Central > Marketplaces > Manage Reviews.
A table of Reviews related to your listings will be shown.
You will need to know about how to use Filters (learn about Filters) and Actions (learn about Actions) to begin with.
Use filters to help you locate the reviews you want to work on, and use actions to track reviews or communicate with buyers.
Later, to save time on replying same questions from different buyers, you can leverage the Email Template (learn about Add New Template) feature.
If you want to remove negative (1-2 Stars) reviews, you can use the filter on the left to locate all the 1 Star or 2 Star reviews. Then use Contact Customer or Respond Actions, to communicate with the buyer for negative review removal. A good communication established between you and the buyer will likely help you to convince the buyer to remove the bad product review.
If the review is false or misplaced, you can use Contact Seller Support Action to ask Amazon Seller Support to remove it.
