How do I update or change my payment method?

  1. Go to Payment Method

    Hover your mouse over My Account and click on Payment Method.

  2. Select your preferred payment method, Credit/Debit Card or PayPal.

    If you have selected to pay by Credit or Debit Card

    Please select the type of card and fill in name and expiration date as well as your billing information.

     

    If you have selected to pay by PayPal

    Click the Update PayPal information to enter your PayPal account. You will be brought back to BQool when it is done. You will need to use a verified PayPal account. 

Note: we do not accept e-Check from PayPal. Please make sure that you use instant payment from PayPal, such as direct transfer or pre-register credit card.

 

  1. Click the "Save" Button

    When you are done with your payment information, click the Save button to finish.
    You can go to Invoices, once payment is due, or you can go to Subscriptions if you want to change your plan. The changes will take place for the next billing period.
