You can now create email templates to reply to feedback and reviews.
Often different customers ask the same questions or give similar product reviews. Using an email template saves time and adds consistency to your responses.
You can now find email templates under Feedback Central > Manage Feedback > E-mail Templates, and Review Central > Manage Reviews > E-mail Templates.
Click Add New Template to create a new email template.
