What should I do when I don't receive an account activation email!

Check your spam folder to see if the activation email was accidentally classified as spam and search for the title “Welcome to BQool. Activate Your Free Trial”.

If it isn’t there, please contact our Customer Service Center support@bqool.com. We could offer support by resending your activation email.
