What does the error message mean in my Feedback Central?

We have updated the error message for a more detailed explanation if your Positive Feedback Integration is not setting up successfully.

Error Message: Seller Central Integration login failed! Please click here to enter email and password again.

Please go to Settings > General to re-enter the email and password again.

 

Error Message: Seller Central Integration login failed! You are not an authorized Seller Central user.

Please ask your seller central admin to create a login for the email account you grant access for BQool.

 

Error Message: Seller Central Integration user permissions failed! Please assign 'View' permission for Feedback Reports.

Please go to seller central to grant the permission for this email.

Error Message: Seller Central Integration login failed! Please verify the account with Seller Central.

Please go to seller central to verify this email. Check the attachment at the bottom for more information about two-step verification.

 

Error Message: Seller Central Integration login failed! Please check the Two-Step Verification and provide your 52-digit code.

Please go to seller central. Copy and paste the 52-digit code back in BQool again. Check the attachment at the bottom for more information about two-step verification.
