Dear BQool Users,
We would like to let you know that we have implemented some minor updates and improvements to Feedback Central on 5-26-2017. The update includes the following changes:
- The campaign performance under the feedback dashboard will now indicate which campaigns are active. This will make it easier to distinguish between active and inactive campaigns while using the dashboard.
- The delivery date for FBA orders provided by Amazon may at times be delayed by 3-5 days, which may lead to buyers receiving feedback request emails before the product is delivered. We will advise users to set FBA orders to send emails for 5 days after the order has been delivered. This information has been updated under the “Schedule” tab of the Edit Campaign menu.
- In the past, if buyers put down titles Mr., Ms., Mrs., Dr. they may get a message addressed to “Mr.” or “Mrs.” We will now filter out such titles from our email messages, which will improve the accuracy of our “first name” and “last name” email variables.
