Please note that shipping Fee in BQool is retrieved from Amazon API. If you find the shipping fee in BQool is incorrect, there are 2 ways you can do to recall API and get the new data.

1. Click on “Reload“ icon.

2. Click “Bulk Action > Reload Shipping Price“.

If the shipping fee is still incorrect after clicking the “Reload“ button, please contact our support team for further assistance.

Also, please rest assured that the shipping data provided through the API is only used for reflecting the number on the system. The resource that BQool uses for determining the price is the SQS reports. In other words, the shipping shown on BQool would not affect the repricing process.
