Total Orders in BQool Shows Less than Seller Central

You may have noticed that total orders, in Dashboard, shows fewer orders than what you see in Seller Central. After July 25th, we will only download 'Shipped orders'.

NB: The pending and cancelled orders will not show up in your BQool account.

By default, Seller Central displays 'All Orders' which includes: Cancelled, Unshipped, Pending, and Shipped. Generally after 3-5 days, the number of orders in BQool will become more similar to what you see in Seller Central as Unshipped & Pending orders become processed and shipped.
