You can mark feedback status based on its progress. The following is a description of each feedback status.
|Pending Reply||Waiting for customer to reply|
|Pending Resolved||Waiting for customer to remove feedback|
|Resolved||The customer has removed feedback. Final status
Note: Feedback will automatically be marked Resolved if it is removed.
|Unresolved||Issue cannot be resolved. Customer refuses to remove feedback. Final status
Note: After 60 days, feedback can't be removed, so feedback will be automatically marked Unresolved.
|Closed||The issue doesn't require any action. Final status|
